Ceehl's Story

Ceehl Phillips (’05 M.B.A.) is all about leadership. After earning his bachelor’s degree, Ceehl joined the U.S. Air Force. He eventually joined the Air Force Reserve and later completed the elite information technology leadership program at Ford Motor Co. Ceehl’s ability to lead helped him land a position at Ford as a senior information technology manager. He also is committed to his alma mater. Ceehl is a member of UMDearborn’s African American Alumni Affiliate and chairs the Alumni Society Board, where he develops strategies behind alumni engagement and activism. His campus involvement prompted UM-Dearborn leaders to invite Ceehl to address graduates at the 2012 commencement ceremony.
