In four years at UM-Dearborn, Farah Harb has worked hard to be a "Difference Maker". She has served as the VP of Human Resources for Students for Free Enterprise (SIFE), a student organization that promotes “education and community involvement using business principles to change lives and change the world.” In this role, Farah has conducted orientations for new members, created schedules and handled payroll for E-academy, and kept track of point systems for members.

Academically, Farah has also made an impact, earning an Academic Achievement Scholarship. She has exhibited a similar work ethic outside the University, holding jobs at Green Cedar Dairy Products, Coach, and the Jiab Suleiman’s Orthopedic Office, all the while maintaining her high GPA. Farah Harb’s career goal is to obtain a position that will allow her to utilize her interpersonal and communication skills. Given her strong work ethic, there is no doubt she will achieve this goal and any other she sets her mind to.
