Kenneth's Story

Kenneth Mac, ‘85 BSA, worked as a director within General Motors’ Customer Care and Aftersales division, leading the Protection business unit. Prior to GM, he held various executive management positions in service sector companies including Accenture consulting, Sedgwick administrators, Ally Financial-Insurance, and Michigan Medicine. At UM-Dearborn he served as a College of Business and Talent Gateway alumni mentor, educating students on networking skills, interview tips, and general soft skill demands within the workforce. Mac was a dedicated and engaged supporter of UM-Dearborn and joined the UM-Dearborn Alumni Society Board to enhance alumni engagement opportunities.
